Project Overview
Monsignor McClancy High School’s new 127,600 SQ.FT sports complex was a design-build by The LandTek Group. The Turnkey construction of the Stephen J. Squeri Sports Complex in Queens, NY included the conversion of the baseball field and softball field to synthetic turf. LandTek installed new drainage and stormwater management along with new perimeter fencing, backstops and dugouts. Inlaid lines for soccer along with a synthetic running track were included in the complex. The project was finished with concrete walking paths and a new scoreboard.
