Project Overview
The LandTek Group converted the existing natural grass multipurpose fields at Unionville High School into state-of-the art synthetic turf multipurpose fields. The fields are lined for soccer, lacrosse, and field hockey for year-round playability.
LandTek also reconstructed the school’s natural grass softball field. On all fields, LandTek performed substantial earthwork, including leveling and laser grading to ensure optimal playing conditions.
LandTek also installed a stormwater basin to manage runoff effectively, implemented new custom drainage systems, installed athletic fencing and ball-stop netting system, and completed all concrete work to further enhance the infrastructure. Further, LandTek installed new dugouts, asphalt walking pathways and parking lot.
