Project Overview
The LandTek Group completed an extensive project at Clayton High School, converting the natural grass multipurpose stadium field to synthetic turf. This transformation included all demolition work, substantial earthwork, extensive drainage improvements, fencing, concrete bleacher pads and walkways, an upgraded electrical system, and parking lot lighting and sports equipment.
The new parking lot was constructed with stormwater infiltration basins to manage runoff effectively. Additionally, a sophisticated drainage system was installed beneath the synthetic turf to meet the stormwater requirements for the new stadium field. This system ensures efficient water management, preventing flooding and maintaining the field’s integrity.
